I usually have a Police Scanner on in my house so that I can keep up to date on what's going on around me, it can be very entertaining! Here's a few things I've heard over the years! :)

* (08-26-06) “Intoxicated 16 year old male who can’t find his way home, has never been this drunk before, and he’s afraid that he’s going to die!”

* (09-10-06) “Five males and one female, running around nude screaming!”

* (11-12-06) “RP advises that there are several people revving up their engines!”

* (11-30-06) “Suspicious activity, someone is sending an SOS signal from a house on the hill!” Turned out to be a string of faulty Christmas lights!

* (01-19-07) “She’s very upset and you can hear her yelling at imaginary people!”

* (03-17-07) Officer to dispatch: “I’ve tried to make contact with the drummer, but every time I knock on the door, he just drums louder!”

* (06-18-07) “Had a report of a Puget Sound semi-truck & trailer traveling south on Hwy 101 at 90 mph, and is all over the road!”

* (08-21-07) Officer to Officer: “Got a call from The Seashack, it’s the same male we’ve been dealing with all day, he keeps taking his pants off and hanging out in the women’s restroom!”

* (11-21-08) “RP advises that she let her dog out this morning and he was giving strange signals like there was something wrong!”

* (11-29-08) Officer to Officer: “I think a seagull might’ve landed on a power pole and popped himself!” reply: “are there any power outages?”

* (8-13-09) “Suspicious activity, male dressed in Goth with shaved head, loitering for the past three hours, making strange noises”

* (10-09-09) "Water rescue requested in Rockaway Beach behind condominiums! Two people in the ocean" Turned out to be two buoys, ambulance and rescue crew were released.
